Who we are

XCraft Studio is software made and sold by X design LLC, 1551 Powells Tavern Pl, Herndon, VA 20170 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the software you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give correct information and keep your password private. One free trial per person or business. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Free trial and subscription

Plans renew automatically every month (or year, if you chose yearly) until you cancel. A 14-day free trial needs a payment card; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices can change; we tell you before a change applies to you.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in Plan & billing. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy.

Your designs

Your projects belong to you. We store them only to run the service for you. You can download your project files at any time.

Fair use

Do not share accounts, copy or resell the software, try to break its security, or use it for anything illegal. Cloud renders and AI sketch reading have usage limits shown in the app.

Designs are not engineering

XCraft Studio helps you plan and present. Measurements, building codes, structural, electrical, plumbing and appliance requirements must be checked by you and qualified professionals before ordering or building.

No warranty and limit of liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending accounts

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or do not pay. If we ever stop the service, we will give you time to download your projects.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
