What we collect

Account details (name, email, username), your projects and sketches, billing status from Stripe, and basic technical data used to run the service and prevent abuse of the free trial: IP address, a browser marker, and on the Windows app a computer ID (a scrambled code, not your computer's name).

Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers. Stripe tells us the plan and whether payment worked, and a card fingerprint used only to allow one free trial per card.

How we use it

To run your account, save your projects, take payments, give support, keep the service secure and allow one free trial per person. We do not sell your data and do not show ads.

Services we use

Hostinger (website and storage, USA), Stripe (payments), Modal (cloud photo renders, Pro plan) and Anthropic (AI sketch reading, Pro plan, only when you press "Read my sketch"). They process data only to provide those features.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. After you close your account we delete your projects within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can download your projects, change your details or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@xcraftstudio.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to recognize a device for the free-trial rule. No advertising or tracking cookies.
