Free trial

You are not charged during the 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends in Plan & billing and you pay nothing.

Subscriptions

Payments are not refunded for partly used months or years. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.

Mistakes and problems

If you were charged by mistake, or a problem on our side kept you from using XCraft Studio, email support@xcraftstudio.com within 30 days and we will make it right, including a refund where fair.
