Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. Your card is checked at sign-up but not charged for 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Does it work on a Mac, iPad or phone?
Yes, in the browser. Sign in at app.xcraftstudio.com on any device. The download is for Windows and adds photo renders on your own computer.
Where are my projects saved?
In your account, so the same projects open on your PC, iPad and phone. It needs an internet connection.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Go to Plan & billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I get cloud renders and AI during the trial?
Those come with Pro after the first payment. During the trial you can design everything and render on the Windows app.
